HGF-72 Gas fryer is a table top style fryer made of #430 stainless steel, with 10L+10L oil pan cylinder, and a heat-resistant handle for the fryer to prevent overheating and burns. The intake valve behind the fryer can be freely converted into liquid gas or natural gas interface. The ignition control knob has large, medium and small fire scales to adjust the temperature.
